All of our beef is produced locally and is of the highest quality. We mature all of our beef for 28 days with all of our cuts of steak being hung in our dry-ager for that duration to enhance flavour.
28-Day matured Fillet steak. Available in steaks of any size. If you would like a joint from the centre please ask for chateaubriand.
All of our Lamb is local Yorkshire lamb of the highest quality. We also have Spring Lamb available during the right season.
All of our pork is local outdoor reared Yorkshire pork.
Available in joints of any size. Can be bought with bone in or bone out. Can also be bought in slices.
We provide whole birds from both Herb Fed and Soanes Poultry. We also sell free range Chicken along with other poultry from Nidderdale Poultry.
