A Brief History
We are a local family run butchers and has had its doors open in Masham for over 50 years. It was originally opened by Tommy Beaver before being passed through the family to his Grandson, and current owner still after 40 years, Richard Welford.
We have grown a reputation for our well known 'Masham Sausages' range of which we now make over 30 flavours and have won many awards over the years and plan on continuing to the grow the range and win some more!
We are proud to support our local farmers who supply us with the highest quality meats to ensure our customers go home happy!
To this day our highly trained staff still make traditional handmade, high quality & tasty Sausages using only the best fresh Pork and finest ingredients.
All of our Pork is outdoor reared and as locally sourced as possible, mixed with fresh ingredients and the finest blends of seasonings.
Our sausages our handmade everyday to ensure the best quality product possible. We have over 30 flavours of sausages available at peak time.
